🧩 Grammar القواعد

Asking about the weather: What’s the weather like? — It’s + adjective: It’s windy. It’s cold.

Comparing two things: short adjective + -er than: November is colder than October.

Spelling: cold ➡️ colder, warm ➡️ warmer, dark ➡️ darker; one vowel + one consonant: double: hot ➡️ hotter, wet ➡️ wetter; -y ➡️ -ier: sunny ➡️ sunnier, windy ➡️ windier.

للسؤال عن الطقس نقول: What’s the weather like? ونجيب: It’s + صفة. للمقارنة بين شيئين نضيف er إلى الصفة القصيرة ثم than. hot تصبح hotter، وsunny تصبح sunnier.
